On steam go to the DLC's page click the download button. Then check your library DLC installed list. If it dose not appear in the list try and restart steam. Then launch total warhammer 1/2 and see if you get the DLC you activated is actually activated and not listed in the main screen "Downloadable content". If you were unable to download the free DLC while participating in the WARHAMMER II free weekend, then apologies - there was a technical issue with this which should now be resolved.
